Young and approachable, this Cabernet Sauvignon is easy to enjoy. An earth-driven, very mineral wine, mushrooms and potting soil are quite apparent on the nose but fade to the background across the palate. Leather, berries, and cinnamon come to life once tasted, along with wet wood and dark chocolate thanks to the mature barrels used in production. It is bright and fruity on the nose with mixed fresh herbs and light vanilla notes. This wine has good medium-bodied tannins and offers a balanced, lingering finish.
